The Alpha Foundation is a group of “good humans” brought together by genuine compassion and a desire to make a difference. Some of us have personal ties to the communities we serve, while others were simply called to action by a shared commitment to support families in need. Whether driven by roots or a commitment to uplifting underserved communities, each of us contributes to our mission of creating lasting, positive change.

Our Genesis

Our journey began with a simple but profound goal: support friends and their families in Catacamas, Honduras. During visits, we witnessed the daily struggles these families face—limited access to clean water, few educational opportunities, and financial insecurity. Inspired by their resilience, we committed to providing a “hand-up” rather than just a “handout.” Our focus is on empowerment and sustainability, ensuring that our support helps communities thrive independently.
